Market Assessment & Customer Segmentation Project

Key Question: What does the SnapItTo.Me Market and Customer look like?

SnapItTo.Me is looking for a few volunteer consultants to help define the market size, key customer segments, competition, and overall market picture. As our company grows and our product develops, having a well refined view of our customer market is going to be essential, especially as we move into venture financing. The work you’ll be doing is going to call on both your most analytical and most creative skills as we come to define a market that is very ill-defined – thus we are paving new ground. Our belief is that only the smartest people can crack this nut, so if you think you’re up to the challenge, let us know!

Financial Model and Business Case Development Project

Key Question: How much value ($) will SnapItTo.Me create over the next 3-5 years?

We’re looking for people who are great with numbers, seasoned financial modelers, and ready to test their skills for a Silicon Valley Start-Up. SnapItTo.Me is working towards a refined and more detailed financial model that projects future revenue, profitability and value creation for 3-5 years. This financial model will be a key piece of the business case and presentation for our first round of venture financing. If you think you’ve got what it takes to gather the right assumptions, refine the details and paint the most plausible picture for SnapItTo.Me, we’re excited to hear from you!

Customer Development: Product/User Needs Assessment and Feature Evolution

Key Question: What type of product features are our users looking for?

Are you someone who knows how to ask the right questions and turn the answers into product features? We’re looking for volunteers who can assess user needs, quantify them and turn them into actionable feature recommendations for our product. If you’re expert and reaching out to lots of people and collecting their thoughts and then coming up with innovative ideas for making a perfect product, let us know!

Market Launch Strategy Project

Key Question: What is the optimal launch strategy for SnapItTo.Me when it rolls into full Beta Testing?

Do you consider yourself a seasoned product marketer who knows how to throw a great launch? Do you know how to reach the right people and the right time with a cool product? If you’re interested in getting involved in mapping out a product launch strategy that will garner the most impact for SnapItTo.Me, contact us. We’re looking for your help!

Internship & Volunteer Qualifications

We’ll be creating project teams, working together to come to the best possible outcomes. While ideally these teams would be based in Silicon Valley, we are very open to having the project teams work remotely. So even if you’re from NYC or Boston or Los Angeles, we’d love to have you along!
